This fantastic beachside holiday villa is located in the urbanisation Carib Playa just 2 minutes walk from the white sandy beach and it has the preserved nature area of "Las Dunas de Artola" adjecent to the huge backyard, so you walk from the backyard to the beach, no need to cross roads, it is a very good location, specially for those who look for a great holiday location with kids. In just 10 minutes driving you are in the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the streched boulevard where you can have a nice walk and the numerous excellent restaurants and bars. Also the famous and vibrant harbour of Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes away. For your shopping there are many supermarkets within 10 minutes driving and there is a German bakery in El Rosario where you get lovely fresh bread and more even open on Sundays.
