The property is located in a privileged hilltop position with spectacular panoramic views to the sea, mountains and golf.
La Noria golf course is a few minutes away and there are many more fantastic golf courses within the area.
There is lots of space and light in the apartment with great views from most rooms in the house.
As you enter the property you have the first double guest room on your left followed by a separate fully fitted kitchen.
The main living and dining area is bright and airy and has enough seating up to eight guests.
Off the main room you have a terrace area with seating and another huge rooftop terrace with alfresco dining area, and lots of sunny and shady areas to enjoy the spectacular views.
Downstairs you can find 3 more large bedrooms. 2 of the rooms share a bathroom with shower and the master room has an en-suite. Here you can find yet another huge terraced area to enjoy.
Within the urbanisation guests can enjoy the large communal pool and gardens and padel tenis. Please note that the pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
The community is gated and secure with a security guard and you have a designated private off road parking space inside.
