Frequently Answered Questions

1) What do we have to do when we arrive at the airport?
Please call us when you leave the airport so that we know when to be at you holiday home to show you around the property and answer all your questions.
2) What will happen with our refundable deposit?
Once we have confirmed that the property is in good condition after you check out, we will transfer the deposit back within 5 to 15 days after your departure.
3) How can I see if a property is still available to book?
When you have selected a property, go to availability here you will see a calendar where you can see the available dates and prices.
4) Can we arrange a baby cot/high chair?
Yes, just let us know and we will arrange it for you with an extra cost of 2,50€ per day for a bed and 1,50€ for a chair.
5) Do I need to obtain travel insurance?
You will have to arrange your own travel insurance for your own protection while on your holiday.
6) What will happen when we book?
You will receive an email with a confirmation and a contract.

You have to complete this contract with the details requested and pay 50% of the total amount in the following 3 days to confirm your booking. Our team will assist you through all the steps and answer any questions you may have.

7) Are there towels?
Yes in every property there are sufficient towels, if you would like to have beach towels please ask our team because it depends on the property if there are any available.
8) Can I bring our pet?
This you have to ask our team because it depends on the owners of each property.
9) Is there Wifi in the property?
All our holiday homes have wifi/Internet connection.
